Quin Global UK are pleased to announce their acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Dutch Industrial Adhesive Distributor Belu BV. Allister Fowler, Quin Global Managing Director stated 'This total acquisition will further enhance our ability to provide excellent service to our European based customers. It has also enabled us to add considerable experience and an additional 4 European languages to our already talented and multilingual staff.'
Belu BV was founded in 1991 as a trading company and has quickly developed into a specialist of industrial adhesives with brands such as Tensor, Ergo, Sign-fix and BeluBond. Based in the picturesque town of Alkmaar they distribute right across the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Allister Fowler continued: Quin Global UK are going from strength to strength with year on year growth. We have been complementing this growth by bringing in Senior Leadership throughout 2017 to deliver our vision for the future. This will include further expansion throughout Europe. Belu BV are a profitable, growing business with countless years of adhesive experience and expertise. As such this has made them a highly attractive proposition for Quin Global UK European Strategy.
